He serves as an industry focus group consultant and corporate representative. His experience includes working at New York hospitals and outpatient centers as a diagnostic radiologist specializing in women’s imaging and emergency radiology. He writes technical articles.
Dr. Alevy has provided guidance on clinical feasibility and design of new products for the medical device industry. He worked at Varian Associates Medical Group in Palo Alto where his work focused on product launches, marketing and sales. He was involved in the entire product development lifecycle from discovery through post-launch.
Dr. Alevy has worked around the world, visited all seven continents and over 125 countries. Through extensive work, training and international experiences, he understands the importance of communication, adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and cohesiveness while participating in team engagements.
He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Emory University School of Medicine and graduated from Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences with a BA in Biology. He completed additional training at the Mayo Clinic and the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology.
